Proximar has appointed Martin Vestergaard as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective March 25, 2026.
With over 20 years of experience in RAS fish farming, including 12 years at Aquapri in Denmark and farm management roles in Switzerland, he brings strong expertise in both operational and biological performance.
He will be based at the Oyama farm and lead operations as the company transitions into stable, full-scale commercial production.
Current COO Dharma Rajeswaran will transition to the role of Farming Advisor, continuing to support the company with his experience and knowledge.
