Proximar has issued a supplier code of conduct that emphasizes human rights, environmental issues and labor rights. Proximar will only source from companies that comply with the rule of law and meet the criteria set out in the code of conduct, or – at a minimum – demonstrate that they are working towards meeting these criteria.
